Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Eric and company recently took on our big addition and remodel. The house needed a lot of tlc. When we first met Eric and his dad we knew right away they were going to be our people. They knew exactly what they were doing from beginning to end. As an inexperienced homeowner, I needed someone who we could trust to build us a home that would be safe and beautiful for our family. Each step of the way we were kept in the loop and questions answered honestly. We knew we had made the right choice when safety was the main goal. We are getting so many compliments and knocks on the door asking for the person in charge of the beautiful transformation of this home. We are beyond happy with the finished results. 100/10 recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have had multiple issues with a second story deck in one of my buildings and several contractors could not pin point the issue. Glad to say that Eric and his crew fixed the issue! Nothing better than to deal with professionals. Thank you Esco Builders!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I didn’t get the chance to work with Eric and his team as I came across his IG page after I had hire and signed a contract with Cornejo Builders Inc.
my experience with cornejo builder inc has not been pleasant at all there has been a lot of bumps in the road specially hidden last minute fees that where never disclose to me but now have to be payed to get my project done. This project has been on the works for 3 years since I signed the contract gave a hefty deposit and it just started July 2023. Now my GC is stating city is requesting solar never was that mention through this process comes to be it’s a state law that passes back in 2020 for new buildings and my contractor is stating he was not aware and that city is pushing last minute that his done other project in the city and non required solar putting all the blame on the city, really sounds like he does not know what his doing. 🤦🏽‍♀️
I reach out to Eric since he uses his platform to inform and educate, his been very helpful and responsive even tho is not his project he is still helping me and answering all my questions advising me on what my options are and most importantly educating me something my GC has failed to do so.
Eric has guided me in finding the best solution to my unexpected issues his referred me to people he works with that also know what they are doing and have reasonable pricing as well. I recommend his experience in this business I would of given him my business if I would I found his page sooner.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working with Eric and ESCO builders has been a great experience. When I was initially getting bids for my project, I was impressed with Eric’s communication and professionalism. That has continued through thought the whole project. From him on the business side down to the work with his Dad and the workers. Whenever something issues come up, Eric and his team problem solve. I seriously just appreciate the communication. It’s nice to know you can trust someone along the way.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Eric and his team are amazing. After a negative experience with our first contractor, we were so relieved to have Eric making sure everything was getting done. He takes initiative and his knowledge of Long Beach and surrounding areas is so valuable. I’m so thankful for him and his team.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is the company - the one to hire if you're looking for a professional and smooth experience.

ESCO's tile installer, Beto, was professional, fast and on time with the start and finish times he promised. He answered all of my questions and explained the process. I am extremely happy with the end result.

I would, without hesitation, use this company again.
